Metamorfosi Sithonia

Metamorfosi is a village with about 700 inhabitants. It is located 90 km from Thessaloniki.

It is located at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula in a forest area near the sea.

The beach of the village is a tourist attraction and has been awarded a blue flag.

2 km from the village is the nunnery of John the Baptist, which was founded in 1975 and is celebrated every June and August.
