Kassandra

Nea Fokea Kassandra

Nea Fokea is an attraction for many tourists, offers a unique beauty: secluded beaches, crystal clear sea and large pines that reach almost to the sea water.

The village has been developed enough to offer luxury hotels, camping and entertainment to its guests.

The traditional cafes and the famous seafood taverns, overlooking the sea, can satisfy even the most demanding visitor. Apart from the beaches and the developed surrounding area, one can expect to find archeological sites.

The Byzantine Tower, preserved, which was built in 1407 for the safety of the Monastery and the sanctification of the Apostle Paul, and a carved passage through the rock that ends in a basement compose the historical identity of Nea Fokea.
